RV PARK

Speed & Safety
A strict 10 MPH speed limit is enforced throughout the park.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. with no exceptions.

• All fees must be paid in advance upon registration.

• Extensions must be paid by 10:00 a.m. on departure day.

• Late arrivals or early departures are non-refundable and may incur additional charges.
   

Pets

• Limit of 3 dogs per site.

• Pets must be leashed (maximum 6 feet) when outdoors.

• Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to bark excessively.

• Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately.

• No outdoor exercise pens or grooming allowed.

• Violations may result in removal without refund.
   

Children

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

• No playing in restrooms, barns, roadways, or around other RV sites.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for damages caused by children or guests.
   

Site Cleanliness, Parking & Vehicles

• Campsites must be kept clean and neat at all times.

• Pickup campers may not be removed from trucks.

• Pull-type trailers and 5th wheels must have a tow vehicle on site (except for daily excursions).

• One RV and one tow vehicle must fit entirely on the concrete pad.

• No parking on lawns or roadways.

• Overflow and guest parking is available in designated areas only.
   

Converted Vans & Buses

• Converted vans and buses are permitted only if fully self-contained and equipped with functional water and electrical hookups compatible with park utilities.

• Vans or buses without water and power hookups are not allowed on park property.

• Management reserves the right to deny entry to any vehicle that does not meet these requirements.
   

Fires & Fire Safety

• Wood-burning fires, fire pits, or open flames of any kind are strictly prohibited.

• Propane fire pits are allowed, must be commercially manufactured, properly maintained, and attended at all times.

• Fire use may be restricted during high-risk conditions at management’s discretion.
   

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

• Generators are prohibited during quiet hours.

• Noise must not be audible beyond your campsite.
   

Repairs & RV Condition

• RVs must be in good working order with no broken glass, missing doors, tarps, duct tape, or temporary repairs.

• All RVs must comply with California Code Title 25, Chapter 3.

• Vehicle washing and repairs are prohibited unless pre-approved and performed by an authorized mobile repair service.

• RVs towed in by commercial tow trucks are not permitted unless the tow truck is the registered owner and method of transport.
   

Waste & Sewer

• All wastewater and sewage must be deposited only at the sanitary hookup at your site.

• Connections must be secure and leak-free.

• Any sewage spill must be reported immediately.

• A minimum $50 cleaning fee will be assessed, depending on severity.
   

Length of Stay & Park Classification

• Maximum stay is 28 days, with no guarantee of extension.

• After 7 consecutive days of absence, return is at management’s discretion.

• No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles allowed.

• This is a tourist RV park only — no local residents or permanent rates.
   

Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours before check-in: Full refund minus $5 booking fee and $10 space-locking fee (if applicable).

• Less than 72 hours before check-in: First night’s deposit and all fees are non-refundable.
