The nine members of the Board of Directors of the 25th District Agricultural Association are appointed by the Governor. As a group they provide financial and operational oversight and set policy for the Napa Valley Exposition and the Napa Town and Country Fair. The Board meets of the third Tuesday of each month at 10am in the Directors House (unless otherwise noticed). The meetings are open to the public.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Napa Valley Expo is Corey J. Oakley. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the Expo, including operations, personnel, finance, business development, compliance and strategic planning. The RV Park, Facility Rentals and the annual Napa Town and Country Fair are under his direction.
