Deposit Information
All rentals require a $500.00 Cleaning/Damage Deposit
Deposits are refundable, less any damages and/or the following charges for clean-up:
- $24.00 per man hour for any and all work done by Expo personnel.
- $15.00 per barrel for trash removal.
- $75.00 per hour for large equipment operation. (includes Expo personnel)
- $100.00 for stage modification. (any change in stage from standard lay-out)
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour for use of the building prior to contracted date and time based on availability.
Insurance
Insurance rates are:
A $1,000,000.00 General Liability Policy is required on all events and is based on the attendance.
